These books I often return to multiple times a year for insight and reflection.  They have helped develop my ministry, my profession and my person.

I would like to say a HUGE thanks to Kevin and Leah Breakey for organizing and setting up this AMAZING event.  Also, thanks to all the drivers and stage people and thanks to Angie and Traci for taking care of the food.  I already can’t wait until next year!!!!!

This Saturday afternoon, EPIC High School students will be competing in the 2nd annual Amazing gRace.

The Amazing Grace is a scavenger hunt type event.  It is based on the television show “The Amazing Race”.  For our event, the race consists of teams working to figure out different types of clues.  The clues will lead them to a particular place in the Columbus area.  Once they figure out the clue and arrive at the correct location, the team will be given a task.  Once they successfully complete the task, they will be given their next “route clue”.  This will continue until all destinations have been found and all tasks are completed.

The final route clue will lead them back to the church.

The first team finished, wins.

A race typically takes 3-4 hours.

I want to say a HUGE thanks to Kevin and Leah Breakey for setting up and organizing this event.  You two are an amazing couple and great friends!!!!
