		<description>Yea, we have never done the whole Santa thing, preferring to take the approach similar to Driscoll, though our reasoning has been different.  In our mind, allowing Santa to be a part of our Christmas will inevitably allow Jesus to be less a part of our Christmas.  After all, it is pretty hard to compete with a big fat guy in a red suit that brings presents.

It really has never been a big deal for us.  We told our kids not to spoil the gig for other kids, and let Christmas be about Christ and family.  Period.</description>
